You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
– the product must be unworn
– it must be in its original condition and packaging
– there must be no signs of use
Exchanges are available for:

👉 another product

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.
Once the return is approved, the amount will be refunded:
– via bank transfer
– or through the original payment method
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of a proven defect.
✦ CANCELLED ORDERS
In cases of systematic cancellations or abuse of the “cash on delivery” service, LIBRA AURA reserves the right:
– to limit access to certain payment methods
– to require prepayment
✦ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For deliveries outside the EU:
– customs duties and VAT may apply
– these are paid by the recipient
If an international shipment is refused, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
